Snow??? I thought you were in California, you know, the Florida of the west coast. :-) Drain the tank, drain the carb, and refuel it with high test and some Heet or related gas dryer. Don't use very much, the stuff eats it's way through bike tanks pretty quickly. With any luck, it should solve the problem.
